LHS’s Wet Paint Players returns to the LOH stage with Stephen Sondheim’s bittersweet story of friendship, love, and ambition told in an unconventional timeline!

With a story spanning more than 20 years, experience major milestones — both good and bad — of three friends (Franklin Shepard, Charles Kringas, and Mary Flynn) in their personal and professional lives. Unlike other productions you may have seen, this story is told backward and chronicles the end of their friendships to the first moments they met.

The show ends with a touch of rueful irony, as the three best friends at the start of their careers face a bright future: young, talented, and enthusiastic about the worlds waiting to be conquered. Come, reflect on the gift that is friendship and enjoy Sondheim’s beautiful music.
