Did you know? Helpful donation guidance:

  • For many of our donors, supporting LOH with a direct gift from your IRA account can have many advantages. Contact Linda Lewis, Llewis@LebanonOperaHouse.org, for details.
  • Additionally, LOH welcomes gifts of appreciated stock as well as gifts and grants from family foundations and Donor Advised Funds (DAF). If you have owned investment assets long term that have appreciated in value, the tax benefits of donating appreciated stock allow many donors to give more generously. The donor can deduct the fair market value of the donated stock and avoid paying capital gains tax on the appreciation in value of that stock.
  • To leave a gift in your will, simply share this sentence with your attorney or financial planner: “I bequeath $____ or ___% of my estate to Lebanon Opera House, 51 N. Park Street, Lebanon, NH 03766.”
