On Thursday, February 29, LOH staff members and employees from City Hall attended a Narcan training hosted by ALL Together. All Together is a community resource for the prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery of substance misuse and suicide. Lebanon Opera House partners with All Together at performances and for community wellness.
We were excited to see such a strong employee turnout for our Narcan training. Narcan is a medication that can safely reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. When community members are trained to administer Narcan, it strengthens overdose knowledge and increases lifesaving outcomes. Each participant who attended the training received Narcan kits. These trainings are designed to be brief, easy to understand, and contribute to positive community outcomes. We thank Lauren Chambers from All Together for this free on-site training at City Hall.
