The Jack O’Connell Theater is an 746-seat historical theater in the heart of downtown Lebanon, NH.

Renovated in winter 2024 LOH offers a well equipped stage with air conditioning, highly functional and designed greenroom space, refurbished choral dressing rooms, and updated sound (2018), lighting (2024), and HVAC (2021) systems. LOH could be the space for your next performance, meeting, event, or function.

LOH is a professionally operated performing arts facility with significant capabilities and a multi-faceted mission. There are substantial costs and fees associated with the use of LOH’s facilities, which are the sole responsibility of the Renter. As rental rates can vary greatly depending on the type of event you are planning, please be thorough in completing your rental inquiry.

      • The LOH website may store my submitted information so LOH staff can respond to my inquiry.
      • Lebanon Opera House reserves the right to assess each request to use the facility. Additionally, LOH reserves the right to deny any rental request as certain events, performances, and activities may be inconsistent with our organizational mission or incompatible with other events already scheduled at LOH.
      • I understand that LOH will consider all rental requests received at least 45 days prior to the event date in the context of the organization’s overall programming, date availability, and resources.
