Tabling Sign Up (June 13)

Lebanon Opera House (LOH) aims to support our LGBTQIA+ community throughout the year. We hope you’ll join us for our fourth annual Party in the Park. LOH Pride Celebration (Resource & Artisan Fair): Friday, June 13 from 6-8:30 pm Event Description: FREE! Throw on your most epic Pride gear and join us for our popular resource and artisan fair featuring 20+ organizations. Plus, activities and games, crafts, food, and more! Please fill out this form to let us know you’re interested in joining us!

Supplies(Required)
Organizations are responsible for bringing their own tabling supplies including tables, chairs, and etc.
Tent(Required)
We recommend bringing a 10×10′ tent with you to protect you from any adverse weather conditions! Please do not bring tents larger than 10×10′ unless approved ahead of time.
Activity(Required)
Organizations are encouraged but not required to have an activity or something fun to engage folx with at their table. Let us know if you plan to bring something or need help coming up with ideas!

Silent Disco (9-11 pm)(Required)
If you’d like to join the silent disco, please let us know below. We’ll be in touch if you plan to join the silent disco!
Donation
There is no fee for tabling at our Resource and Artisan Fair. Although LOH’s annual Pride Celebration (Party in the Park) is FREE for all, it comes with a cost, if you’d consider a donation of any amount in support of LOH Pride, please let us know below.
