The Dance Collective has provided dance instruction in the Upper Valley since the 1980s. Founder Barbara Weiner instilled a love of dance and performing into her daughter, Allyson Weiner-Sawyer, who took over the studio in 2008. Ally continues to follow her mother’s philosophy and strives to teach her students how to love dance, so they may always incorporate it into their lives in some capacity. Ally believes it’s her job to encourage dancers at all levels to have faith in themselves and grow into their greatest capacity. TDC values teaching the art of dance through patience and positive methods.
