Global drag icon Sasha Velour (HBO’s We’re Here, RuPaul’s Drag Race) brings her latest theatrical spectacular, The Big Reveal Live Show, to Lebanon! Velour, a graduate of The Center for Cartoon Studies, produced her first drag show in White River Junction in 2013 and this performance marks her triumphant return to the Upper Valley!
Known for her emotional, thoughtful, and crowd-shaking reveals, Velour takes things to a whole new level with The Big Reveal Live Show. Grounded in classic theater, the show takes on many forms over the course of 90 minutes: high-concept lip sync performances, artful oration, childhood film footage, video art, and more.
This is a superstar at her most playful and hilarious. Velour’s whip smart comedic script and side-splitting gags disarm audiences and hit them with emotional truths. The show’s drag performances are accompanied by a diverse soundtrack ranging from Stevie Wonder to Britney Spears, Stephen Sondheim to Deep Purple.
This performance will also feature a special guest appearance from Sasha’s drag sister, Neon Calypso, from Boston.
