Kathleen Parks (a member of Nexus ’21 alums Twisted Pine) is a fiddler, singer, and songwriter who brings joyful and creative energy to the stage and studio.

Her deep grounding in Celtic and American roots music blends perfectly with a love for pop songwriting, funk rhythms, soulful vocals, and groove-based improvisation.

Over the years, Parks has shared the stage with some of her heroes including Paula Cole, Sammy Rae & The Friends, Gordon Lightfoot, Aoife O’Donovan, The Punch Brothers, Jerry Douglas, and Sierra Hull.

Parks returns to the Nexus festival with a new debut solo album under her belt. Rolling Down the Line showcases her songwriting, original fiddle tunes, and a few choice covers.

This event is part of LOH’s FREE Nexus Music and Arts Festival. Location: Colburn Park (across from LOH/City Hall)
