In 2022, Denitia was a standout performer at the LOH stop of the Black Opry Revue tour. She returns to the Upper Valley with a new album under her belt that’s influenced by a lifelong love of country, gospel, and alternative rock.

Although the Texas-born and Nashville-based artist has experimented with other genres in the past, she found her way home to country music with soulful songs that are “deeply tuneful and shot through with melancholy” (Stereogum).

In recent years, Denitia has been named as an Artist to Watch by NPR and a CMT Next Woman of Country. She made her debut at the Grand Ole Opry last summer and, this past March, performed with the Nashville Symphony for the premiere of Dolly Parton’s Threads: My Songs in Symphony.

This event is part of LOH’s FREE Nexus Music and Arts Festival. Location: Colburn Park (across from LOH/City Hall)
