Dot & the Kangaroo Jr. is an adaptation of the Australian story about a lost, adventurous, little girl who gets lost in the great Australian bush. She soon bumps into a kind kangaroo who teaches her the ways of the land, animals, and nature.
As they push forward to help Dot find home, they meet many exciting creatures who teach them lessons about friendship, confidence, and unfortunate challenges that many animals face because of humans. On her journey back to her father and sister, Dot grows more courageous and more compassionate for the animals and land around her.
