In the sensational multimedia show BUGS, Kaki King is your guide on an audio-visual journey that combines live guitar performance, sound samples, and field recordings from nature — all triggered in real time. This engaging performance encourages audience members of all ages to shout out their favorite bug and dance like one of the insect characters projected onto King’s guitar.
The hypnotic visual world in which King performs is created by multidisciplinary artists GLITCH and incorporates video and imagery of insects, spiders, and other invertebrates — along with melting ice cream, bundles of candy, and more.
