LOH has received a $75,000 matching grant challenge from the Jack and Dorothy Byrne Foundation that will allow us to fund crucial improvements to our theater and support our expanded 2017-2018 season.
The Byrne Foundation’s gift is intended to inspire existing donors to increase their giving and incentivize new contributors. The campaign’s lead donors, Kevin and Punam Keller, have generously committed $25,000 to the Byrne Challenge.
“We are pleased to participate in the incredible Byrne Foundation Challenge and honor the memory of my mother, Pat Huston, while supporting an essential part of our local cultural fabric. Lebanon Opera House is a truly indispensable, multi-faceted community resource. The LOH calendar overflows with a diverse range of music, dance, theater and community events. Each year, LOH gives hundreds of participants and performers—literally and figuratively—an invaluable stage to share their artistic talents. We are excited about the future of LOH and how this funding can help to transform an already remarkable organization.” Kevin Lane Keller, LOH Board President
Through December 31, all new gifts or increased pledges will be matched by the Foundation—up to a total of $75,000.
