Box Office Policies
We’ve temporarily suspended in-person sales. Purchases of tickets and gift cards can still be made 24/7 at lebanonoperahouse.org.
If you require assistance, please call 603.448.0400, and dial 1 to reach the box office Monday – Friday noon to 5 pm. We can also be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The LOH Box Office is available by phone 12 pm-5 pm, Monday through Friday, except for holidays (see below), as well as one hour prior to events. Day-of-show ticket sales are generally available by phone or walk-up one hour before event start time in venue lobby. Please check the event listing for venue, pricing and ticket policy, as these vary from show to show.

Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
The show must go on–even during inclement weather and/or times of heightened public health concern. If an event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the artists and crew are therefore unable to issue refunds. In the unlikely event a show is cancelled, audience members will be notified via email and/or phone as soon as possible. Cancellation notices will also be posted on LOH’s website and Facebook page.
Unless otherwise noted, shows at Lebanon Opera House are for all ages. Children two years and younger can sit on a lap with no charge, but everyone over the age of two must have a ticket. Any show-specific age restrictions or recommendations will be clearly disclosed. Please note that many performances at LOH exceed a volume of 85 dBA which may affect very young children.
A Note About Ticket Resellers
The Lebanon Opera House Box Office is the only authorized ticket seller for performances presented at LOH. We do not provide tickets to other sellers with the exception of occasional partnerships with local arts and other non-profit organizations.
Tickets purchased from other sources are purchased at your own risk. If you buy from someplace other than our box office:
- We cannot guarantee that your tickets are legitimate.
- You may pay more than face value for the ticket or be charge exorbitant service fees.
- We cannot help you replace lost or stolen tickets.
- You cannot be contacted with show cancellations, time changes or other important performance information.

Theater Preservation and Service Fees
The advertised price of most tickets includes service and processing fees. All sales are subject to a $2.00 per ticket Theater Preservation Fee that supports the maintenance, restoration and improvement of the venue.
Ticket Delivery Methods
Email: Tickets are sent as pdf attachment to patron’s email. Please print and bring tickets to event, or open up pdf on your mobile device to show ticket for entry.
Will Call: Tickets will be printed and available to pick up at the will call table in the lobby, or by visiting the box office during normal business hours. Bring ID.
Ship: Upon request, tickets can be mailed if they are ordered more than seven days before the show. This carries a cost to the patron of $5 per order.
LOH gift certificates are available year-round and in any denomination. They can be used for any performance for which LOH is selling tickets.
All events at LOH have accessible and companion seating available upon request. Please request these seats when ordering tickets. An elevator is available for access to the lobby, box office, restrooms and orchestra level of the theater. There is NO elevator access to the balcony. Click here to see the basic LOH seating chart. Please check event listing for additional details, as seating can vary from event to event.
Accessible restrooms are located in the LOH lobby and on the fifth floor of City Hall.
Assistive listening headsets for hearing amplification are available at the box office station in the lobby free of charge.
Sign language interpretation and braille and large-print programs for LOH events are available upon request with 15 business days notice.

LOH Holiday Closures: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. In addition, LOH is closed for winter intermission December 26-31.
